CASE STUDY – THE KA, LICHFIELD SPIRES DEVELOPMENT, KESTON, KENT

Sparrow Decor were awarded the work for both the internal and external decoration of this wonderful refurbishment project by Lichfield Spires Development. The external work was completed using traditional methods and the internal work using a combination of traditional and spray application. Spray application meant that we could achieve a near factory finish on all woodwork and a dead flat finish on all of the ceilings. With the processes being much faster, we could spray at the end of each day once all of the other trades on site had left, allowing the project to natural progress. Ongoing discussions on a daily basis with both the client and the homeowner allowed our team to build a strong relationship and as a result we have been asked to quote for a number of exciting new projects.
